LLN (1/14/20) – We’ll take a look ahead toward planned U.S. Senate action likely to lead to approval of the replacement for NAFTA. Also, state legislatures across the country will soon consider issues such as split speed limits, left lane restrictions and highway funding. We’ll cover what’s likely to come up where. And we’ll have an update on California’s effort to redefine who can be an independent contractor, plus advice about the FMCSA’s Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
