LLN (9/24/19) – Numerous mainstream media outlets have reported about a potential conflict of interest involving the congressman who has fought the hardest to raise truckers’ insurance requirements. Also, we’ll offer up some of what truckers told the FMCSA about the agency’s proposal to change the hours of service regulations. Colorado regulators have proposed a rule that would limit charges when a truck is booted, but OOIDA wants more details. And we’ll have some important notices from the Land Line Now Community Bulletin Board.
