Also, OOIDA and the Teamsters want the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement’s trucking provisions effective as soon as possible. We’ll discuss the trucking employment picture and hair testing for drugs. And New Jersey may make it virtually impossible to enforce red-light camera fines on its residents, while the Wisconsin Supreme Court rules on local road funds.
