LLN (12/29/20) – The Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse continues to confound truckers and generate confusion. We’ll try to clear it up. Also, New Jersey lawmakers are trying to end ticket quotas, while South Carolina’s Legislature tackles slow-moving traffic, vehicle tracking technology and distracted driving. And OOIDA is headed into the new year with a long list of priorities and goals. We’ll go over some of the most important.
