LLN (6/23/21) – Few parts of the federal trucking regulations are quite as often misunderstood, or misused, as personal conveyance. We’ll offer some solid advice on the do’s and don’ts of that – plus what your rights are if someone tries to force you to use a lumper. Also, the pandemic has shifted the way freight moves around the country, with several inland cities becoming major warehouse markets. And in addition to the highway bill – a piece of legislation that has to be renewed every five or six years – federal lawmakers are working right now on additional spending for infrastructure. We’ll have an update on where that stands and what it could mean for you.
