LLN (5/22/19) – An effort in Congress would prevent FMCSA from eliminating the 30-minute break requirement. Also, Vaping has gone from a way to help people quit smoking to a health problem of its own. Meanwhile, with plenty of capacity, van rates have failed to see a boost. And Diesel prices are steady, while a crude oil inventory buildup is keeping a cap on oil prices.
