LLN (4/18/19) – The government’s internal watchdog says that FMCSA does not have enough data about – or even a proper definition of – underride related accidents. Lawmakers in five states take action on left lane use. More and more truckers are finding themselves forced into sleep apnea testing. And we’ll have some clarification on personal conveyance.
