LLN (7/5/19) – Some Canadian provinces already require entry level driver training, and all of Canada will have it before a U.S. rule goes into effect. The recent wreck on I-70 near Denver is a tragedy, but we can learn from it. Two lawsuits involving truckers made the news recently.
